Gas Bottle Exchange
NRG is an exchange bottle supplier only. This means we do not have a tanker that comes to fill the cylinder up. Instead, we provide a Townsville wide delivery service to manage your gas needs.
You will be provided with one or more bottles (depending on how your installation is set up). When a bottle becomes empty, you can order a replacement or to make it easy you can sign up for an automatic bottle exchange. We offer 3 or 6 month automatic change overs (on average a household will use 1 bottle every 3 months).
LPG Delivery
At North Regional Gas we make it easy by bringing gas straight to your door. You can order online, via the App Store, through Google Play or simply Call Us!
Each day our delivery service is scheduled for a particular area. You will be notified of your delivery day upon your first order of cylinders, otherwise please view our Gas Cylinder Delivery Schedule below.
To ensure your delivery is successfully completed there are some regulations* that apply. *Please Note: Fees may apply if these regulations are not met.
These regulations include:
- All orders must be placed before 4pm the day before your designated delivery day. Either by phone, email, online or over the counter.
- Ensure cylinders are accessible for the delivery driver – i.e gates unlocked and clear path way to cylinder point.
- Aggressive or escaping dogs must be locked up.
